The Ultimate Enterprise (UE) is not another effort in leadership or management. I respect, appreciate, and step on the shoulders of prosperous works by gurus in these spheres. Despite their great contributions, some individuals and organizations (companies, governments, institutions, etc.) are still struggling, and some dare to fail. However, some are triumphant! UE is about addressing and exposing the cause of such failures. By saying this, I don’t mean there have been no efforts from experts, but they have been solved through mysterious tactics, either through experience or sheer chance. The lack of vibrant methods to decipher and heal the causes of such fiascos worldwide compelled me to come up with the UE Model.

Why do the incumbents keep on holding on to the same situations indefinitely?
How do you turn the bad situation to the best or the good situation to the best?

What are the secrets of the triumphant that the failures can’t decode indefinitely?

Solutions to these problems
Solutions to these questions are the tasks of the UE Model. They might be straightforward tasks for losers to complete because they are self-deceiving, but fun for winners because they are self-regulatory and operating from the PUER (Pro Ultimate Enterprise Region), where abundance mentality is the norm. The resulting habits are highly diverse, some positive and some negative. Organizations are virtual people with human leaders, so they directly inherit their complexity.
Positive individuals or organizations spend most of their time working on similar UE-Model provisions, while losers cast endless blame, waiting for miracles to happen in vain; therefore, they keep on surviving or fail altogether. Remember, breakthrough calls for stringent effort, not miracles. The UE-Model is the right force to empower you to stand out from the cloud vividly quickly.
The UE Model is here for the rescue, to empower both the winners and failures to make the world’s life as enjoyable as possible, such that they keep on exchanging leads in their specializations.
The greatest grip from losers to breakthroughs is accepting and recognizing their weaknesses. It needs tremendous effort and wisdom, which they lack. That is why you find struggling individuals or organizations (including governments) suffering while possessing wealthy resources, especially assets, while similar barren organizations are prosperous. The secrets are within UE-Model. Because UE-Model uses the big-picture technique in visual media, it deciphers intricate weaknesses that even highly narcissistic individuals and organizations would arouse. Personal Reinvention (PR) in a Nutshell
Personal Reinvention is where an individual character is analyzed and detailed into two planes: the individual spectrum (IS), viz., cognitive-moral to spirit intelligence (CiMi vs. Si), and the public spectrum (PS), viz., cognitive-moral to emotional intelligence (CiLi vs. Ei). In quick and complex thinking, an individual attains a particular motive, generating a particular habit. In an Ultimate Enterprise, Personal Reinvention is the first Link. These two scanners accommodate “a particular level of trust” engagement of an individual in the respective society; note that IS works private, while PS values are public. PS is evidence of a personal motivation toward the particular culture, indicating that they are social via motivation into habit, which the media either views as TRUST or DISTRUT.

Trust is confidence or faith in somebody’s mind toward a particular personal habit. The amalgamation of IS and PS is PIS (Public Influencing Scanner), or simply PI-Scanner (discussed in respective chapters in the Ultimate Enterprise Book). Trust triggers humility (a modest or low view of one’s own importance) from the habit of an incredible individual; it is a society’s magnet that unites a particular team, and furthermore, it catalyzes members to contribute their best to their assignments. The universal and fundamental link among the seven is keeping fit to both mind & body, viz., exercising mind and body, which is personal reinvention. Mind exercises take the least care, but they play a significant role in an individual’s fitness. Things like breathing techniques, meditation, etc. were not part of fitness care before, but now they play a key function in whole-body stability.
But why is personal reinvention (PR) a cross-cutting link among the remaining six in the UE-Model?
From curious thoughts, I searched for human’s bad habits remedies in vain because best seller’s books about self-development offer seasoned habits to follow; such books do not decode and solve habit irregularities. They offer steps to follow from some seasoned individuals. An incumbent will remember a learned habit from such books after committing the same mistake again and again. Because crimes happen involuntarily, arising from one’s comfort zone,.
Why people behave the way they do?
Why do people behave the way they do? Answering this problem was a puzzle that led to the Personal Reinvention (PR) Link into the Ultimate Enterprise, because every breakthrough, failure, or tragedy in the world is due to a person’s influence. And such influence originates from the person’s imagination. Imagination is “the ability to form mental images of things or events.”1. Therefore, imaginations are people’s thoughts. Unlike beasts, which have pre-programs controlling their habits, humans develop habits based on a nurturing medium (agent), which is where humans gain their language and unique habits or reasons, as Cicero said.
Therefore, most books on self-development offered me the best routines to follow the way a good person behaves but did not show ways to re-program the whole behavior system. They usually copy unparalleled habits from a well-cultured individual whose habits have grown and been integrated into vivid social groups involuntarily. Such imitations cannot work well. Because of this, the incumbent usually remembers the proper habit after committing the same crime. Deeper mental discussion distinguished the following definitions:
Self-Development (SD): cumulative trait development from infancy to maturity.
Self-Recovery (SR): re-imprinting virtues to recover prudence, and
Personal Reinvention (PR): trait scan as a scale to social influence.
The first definition of self-development underlines the important phenomenon that humans gain prudence during infancy towards adulthood, such that, if there is no interference to gradual growth, prudence is achieved. The second, self-recovery (SR), is meant to imprint virtues missed during growth into adulthood. Personal Reinvention (PR) is the programmed scanning of an individual to identify personal weaknesses that impede maximum power to render a trusting relationship to society, revealing room for conducting a self-recovery (SR) program if needed.
