The four threats above circumvent most of the challenges we face now. They are exhaustive and stringent, indeed. The common thought of searching seems to diminish in luster. show Si dealing with the true orientation of the particular intent in its big-picture view. Followed by Ei as the big-picture implication in third-party’s view, creating a Si and Ei acceptable direction. The initiative, willpower, or drive to execute the chosen Si and Ei are the roles of Ci. However, uncontrolled Ci leads to going off target, either with too much action or too little of Si and Ei, thus destroying the intent. In order to harmonize Si and Ei with Ci, a Mi is required.

Mi is the safety valve (a control) for Ci to stay within reasonable limits for Si and Ei implementation. Therefore, CiMi is the cross-deciding phenomenon among the four intelligences, which is why it combines with Si and Ei in the focal union to define the potency of an individual. The Ultimate Enterprise (UE) is not another effort in leadership or management alone. I respect, appreciate and step on shoulders of prosperous works of gurus in these spheres. Albeit of their great contributions, still some individuals and organizations (companies, governments, institutions, etc.) are struggling; some dare to fail.

However, some are triumphant! Ultimate Enterprise is about addressing and exposing the cause of such failures. By saying this, I don’t mean there have been no efforts from experts but are solved through mysterious tactics, either through experience or sheer chance. The lack of vibrant methods to decipher and heal causes of such fiascos worldwide compelled me to come up with The UE Model.

In any challenge, there are solutions.

Solutions to these questions are the tasks of UE Model. They might be simple roles to achieve for the losers because they are misled by self-deceit, but fun for the victorious because they are self-regulatory, working from PUER (Pro Ultimate Enterprise Region) where abundance mentality governs.

The resulting habits are highly diverse, some positive and some negative. Organizations are virtual people with human leaders, so they directly inherit their complexity. The positive individuals or organizations spend most of their time working on the similar UE-Model provisions, while losers cast endless blame, waiting for miracles to happen in vain; therefore, they keep on surviving or fail altogether. Personal Reinvention (PR) in a Nutshell

Individual character analyzed and detailed into two planes. first plane is Individual Spectrum (IS), viz., Cognitive-Moral to Spirit Intelligence (CiMi vs. Si). Second is the public spectrum (PS), viz., cognitive-Moral to Emotional Intelligence (CiLi vs. Ei). In quick and complex thinking, an individual attains a particular motive generating to a particular habit. The universal and fundamental link among the seven is keeping fit to both MIND & body, viz., exercising mind and body, is Personal Reinvention. Mind exercises take least care, but it play a significant role in an individual’s fitness; thing like breathing-techniques, meditation, etc. were not part of fitness care before, but now they play a key function in the whole-body stability.

The Power of Personal Reinvention (PR)             

But why is Personal Reinvention (PR) to be a cross-cutting link among the remaining six in UE-Model?

From curious thoughts, I searched for human’s bad habits remedies in vain because best seller’s books about self-development offer seasoned habits to follow; such books do not decode and solve habit irregularities. They offer steps to follow from some seasoned individuals. An incumbent will remember a learned habit from such books after committing the same mistake again and again. Because crimes happen involuntarily, arising from one’s comfort-zone.

Therefore, why do people behave the way they do? Answering this problem was a puzzle which led to Personal Reinvention (PR) Link into The Ultimate Enterprise, because every breakthrough, failure, or tragedy in the World is from a person’s influence. And such influence is originating from the person’s imaginations. Imagination is “the ability to form mental images of things or events”1, Therefore, imaginations are people’s thoughts. In Ultimate Enterprise Model Diagnosing Tool (UE-Model), three levels exist, viz. discovery, invention, and innovation levels.

Discovery Level

For every individual identified to become a potential workforce, some individuals might emerge from CUER (an easiest zone to achieve). Such individuals cannot fit in an Ultimate Enterprise team unless they have undergone discovery into PUER. Details about character zones refer to the Personal Reinvention link.

The emphasis of the Ultimate Enterprise has been on the high-performing business.
