The most crucial data in high-achieving companies is personal influence. It begins as an obligation and develops into self-development (SD) that sheds light on a person’s comfort zone. The comfort zone can be repaired using self-recovery (SR) if self-reinvention (SR) determines that it is located in an incorrect area.

As illustrated in Figure 1, there are two diagrams: 1) Two Comfort Zone Points (ICP and PCP), Individual Comfort Zone for ICP, and Public Comfort Zone for PCP. 2) the Nkinga Diamond having two axes (IS and PS), an individual spectrum for IS, and a PS for the public spectrum. The next step is to scale ICP as the IS and PCP as the PS in order to create the Nkinga Diamond grid.

Therefore, Nkinga Diamond becomes a set of points characterized by IS and PS points. The resultant grid, as shown in Nkinga Diamond, gave rise to nine separate performance areas known as the PI-spectrum zones. General Schooler’s Definition of Personal Influence

“Katz and Lazarsfeld’s Personal Influence presents a “theory of action” that privileges interpersonal influence” 1 and 

“Influence is the ability to motivate others into taking action.” 2

Both of the aforementioned personal influences fall under the umbrella of Ultimate Enterprise, as defined below.

Personal Influence is a measure of a virtuous personal influence on her society. Call this Personal Influence Scanner (PI-Scanner) discussed below.

Personal Influence Scanner (PI-Scanner)

Personal Influence Scanner (PI-Scanner) summarizes concisely the human-being key players about habit, viz. Si, EiCiand MiIt outlines the fundamental seed for any individual or organization failure or breakthrough (success)—it is the driving force for all remaining six links, including the Ultimate Enterprise Model, the aim of this site. Both the Individual Spectrum (IS) and the Public Spectrum (PS) are components of the PI-Scanner, as shown in figure 1.

Individual (CiMi, Si) and Public (CiLi, Ei) Scanners

Personal Influence Scanner (PI-Scanner or PIS) engages the four human gifts attributes able to decode and empower any complex failing or struggling organization/individual. This way leaders/managers can hire their workforce efficiently on a highly seasoned power scheme to solve managerial problems by incorporating (Ei) in relation to (Si) improved or naturally imprinted in an incumbent, or avoid altogether if his/her resilience (discussed later) is reasonably beyond reach. By outlining the employee’s Personal Influence Scanner (PIS), viz. p (f (CiMi, Si), g (CiLi, Ei), they can delegate and/or assign them efficiently.

Individual Spectrum (CiMi vs Si)

Individual spectrum is composed of cognitive intelligence with moral intelligence as a moderator (CiMi), as a source of willpower, versus spiritual intelligence (Si), which sets the vision of the particular solution. Si giving orientation (direction) and its magnitude (willpower) from CiMi (the power to implement the Si)—this defines a vector in mechanics’ field.

Individual Spectrum (CiMi vs Si) Simulation 

Simulating the individual spectrum resembles mechanics notations, such as magnitude, orientation ~ CiMi, Si notation. Magnitude (CiMi) defining potentiality toward the truth (Si), i.e., the paradigm of the particular system. Orientation certifies an alignment relative to reality (which is Si); that means how far an individual is from reality; it includes creativity power, i.e., that power giving alternatives in search of the particular solution—the more the creative power implies more chances to define reality precisely. CiMi (magnitude) is the essence of the perceived reality.

This means that the drive to find solutions to problems decreases when the perceived truth is small in magnitude or paradigm. Consider Figure 1 above, showing graphically the meaning of Si and CiMi. Note the “gon” is the measure of angles showing orientation. 3

The Personal Influence Scanner (PI-Scanner or PIS) will find different points by multiplying the direction and magnitude (as a percentage scalar) components, which are, respectively, magnitude and orientation. We note that both CiMi and Si are complimentary but not interchangeable. This implies, as already discussed above, Si sets direction as alternatives, scrutinizing the truth and defining the essence to reach the truth, which determines an initiative towards it; CiMi sets the power to achieve the “truth.”

Personal Influence Scanner (PI-Scanner or PIS): Real-life  Interpretation

PI-Scanner simulates well to our daily life activities, especially in any success endeavor, that if Si is weak, an individual cannot recreate alternatives in any challenges encountered along the life path and destroys an initiative to use the power within that individual.

This means an individual will depend on circumstances to apply the gained magnitude, i.e., the CiMiCiMi drives the incumbent into action to implement the chosen alternative to solve a problem in Si direction. If CiMi is low, an individual lacks the power to alter one’s surroundings toward the truth, viz., Si. We have either a situation where the Mi is too tight to activate full impetus on CiMi or the CiMi capability is low, like knowledge and logistical power (like CiMi financing power, war interference)

Remember, Si is the foundation of all four intelligences because it deals with the bio-survival (sustenance) entities and competence to secure them (this goes in line with Plato on Prudence/Wisdom).

 Public Plane (CiLi, Ei)

Emotional Intelligence (Ei) and Cognitive Intelligence in the Public Spectrum (CiLi) make up the Public Spectrum (PS), with Moral Intelligence (Mi) serving as its limit. CiLi is the strength of PS, and Ei is its guide on the path to the PS truth. It is the plane for qualifying one’s choices in the eyes of the third party (the public).

Prior to making any decisions, humans engage in a conscious process that involves receiving input from a specific stimulus, decoding it, defining it, qualifying it for the public scanner, gauging their own reaction and emotions, and finally, scaling it to their moral values. Competence on the public plane empowers an individual to lead well toward high-performing business. Symbolically, Public Spectrum depicts in Figure 1 a tandem relationship of Ei vs. CiLi.

Public-Scanner (PS), Individual-Scanner (IS) Comparisons

A public scanner (PS) is an amplification of an individual scanner (IS) regarding human relationships. The Public-Scanner with CiLi and Ei intelligences works in tandem to galvanize for human rationality or irrationality. So, the four personality receptors (personality tetra-receptors, or PTRs) for public-plane competencies work well together in public, which is where they were first talked about, and they can be used anywhere they are mostly dealing with a third party. From figure-1, Individual Scanner and Public scanners, with a routine outcome from an incumbent, propagate a habit.

Habit Influence

Habit is the combination of competence and experience in one’s sub-conscious mind to guide the conscious mind in commanding the human actions performing a particular accomplishment. In an ideal scenario, human beings perform based on an individual plane score, where Si leads thoughts and CiMi drives the person into implementing the chosen views by Si.

Note that the values say x-per-unit-CiMi as the power to implement y-per-unit-Si with numerical variations that classify individuals’ mutable comfort zones. The numerical variations spring from an instantaneous process between the sub-conscious mind (the motive), leading to a unique habit both in the individual and public spectrums.

Habit Fundamental Elements

Human Habit results from Si, Ei, and CiMi&Li as motives leading to either self-deception or honesty. Perpetual failure or success in the deceived or well-informed society emerging from either a self-deceptive or honest individual denotes distrust or trust, respectively, to that individual.

Discerning self-deception or honest submission well before failure or success such that a best decision is made is what we call wisdom (prudence)—the personality tetra-receptor (PTR) leads the decision. We prefer living an honest life to self-deception; however, the latter is common in societies, which leads to all world vices. We already gave the cause of self-deception being contra-PTR habits. Let us take a deeper look at self-deception meaning and causes.

Self-Deceptions

Therefore, self-deception occurs when a working memory becomes fixated on a particular personal desire, placing the thinking process under a heavy cognitive load. Here, the incumbent’s mind is preoccupied with processing a desired phenomenon all the time, to the exclusion of all other stimuli.

“Plug one’s ears while stealing a bell.”

An extremely naive man once lived who delighted in making a quick buck at the expense of others. Whatever he likes, he always tries his best to get it, even to steal it.

On one occasion, he saw the new bell hanging at the door of his neighbor, which was lovely. You could hear the bell from a distance because it was so well-made and had a very loud sound. Therefore, it moved him. As he walked, he thought, “How can I get it?” Finally, he waited until nobody was there and stole it. He knew that if he touched the bell with his hand, it would ring jingled. When the bell rings, it will be found out, and then it cannot get the bell. What should I do? He thought hard and never thought of a good way.

A friend of his helped him to make an idea and said, “As long as you hide your ears, can’t you hear the bell?” The concept inspired him. He thought that as long as he covered his ears, he could not hear the bell. So, he used this method to steal the bell, fancy himself clever.

Plug one’s ears while stealing a bell—Action

He ambushed his neighbor one moonlit night while he was out hunting. but the bell was too high to reach, so he had to go back in dismay.

The next night, with his stool, he crept up to his neighbor’s door again. He stepped on the stool, covered his ears with one hand, and picked the bell with the other. Who knows that as soon as he touched the bell, it rang? The ringing of the bell awakened the sleeping people, and they came out dressed to see what was going on.

The neighbor stepped forward and caught the man stealing the bell on the spot. The man looked at everyone and asked strangely, “I’ve covered my ears. How can you hear me?”

Story Inferencing 

“Plug one’s ears while stealing a bell” is a vivid example of what self-deception is. People were unable to hear the public notice because of the high cognitive load that came from wanting to own the bell; in other words, they had to close their own ears, which meant that everyone else had to do the same.

Self-Deceit vs Truth Influences

Therefore, self-deception is circumstantial in an individual’s planes controlled by trustworthiness, and the major factor is Si (Spiritual Intelligence). By reinventing Si, a leader empowers a team against self-deception, provided that society complies with Ultimate Enterprise Thinking (UE Thinking). Together with the other three personal attributes under discussion, Ei (emotional intelligence) and CiMi&Li (cognitive intelligence, governed by moral intelligence), put together with TRUST and self-decision, leads to equation two.

The similarity above is a relation of self-deceit and trust, defining PIS as a Society’s response outlook. This means if self-decision decreases, Trust Increases and vice versa.

Self-Decision Final Thought 

Going back to cognitive load, which refers to the amount of working memory resources used, we conclude by defining self-deception as below.

“”Someone with the highest cognitive load imaginable is someone who opts to fool themselves; they are completely absorbed in their own ill-defined desires.””

Self-deceptions are obstacles to high-performance businesses; they must overcome them for a business breakthrough by justifying trustworthy relationships. However, self-deceptions are mutable according to the ongoing philosophy, and they are the negative output of the PIS. The following section will go over the essential components of a high-performing business, one of which is trust, which is essential for the relationship mentioned earlier.
