Standing alone to perform, three videos arise, viz., enlivening footage, including the Personal Reinvention link. Business footage, including leadership, management, and strategy. The Ultimate Enterprise Links scribe components of The Ultimate Enterprise Model. The latter defines Ultimate Enterprise Model (UE-Model) a powerful organizational creation and diagnosing tool involving all seven-links. This definition calls for the famous Organization Behavior (OB).

Organizational Behavior (OB) Origin

“Origin of Organizational Behavior can trace its roots back to Max Weber and earlier organizational studies. The Industrial Revolution is the period from approximately 1760 when new technologies resulted in the adoption of new manufacturing techniques, including increased mechanization.”1.

OB Ancient Definition

According to L. M. Prasad, “Organizational behavior can be defined as the study and application of knowledge about human behavior related to other elements of an organization, such as structure, technology, and social systems.”2.

Common Elements of OB

“Organizational psychologist Edgar Schein proposes four common elements of an organization’s structure:

  1. Common purpose
  2. Coordinated effort
  3. Division of labor and
  4. Hierarchy of authority”3

Referring to Edgar Schein’s four elements of OB, we extrapolate the Ultimate Enterprise Links as sound components for the modern OB, the Ultimate Enterprise Model.

Ultimate Enterprise Model is for an organizational creation and diagnosing tool. It merges the seven links, viz. personal reinventionleadershipsynergystrategymanagement, SIA, and R&D, into powerful working tool.

UE-Model is divided into:

  1. Ultimate Enterprise,
  2. Personal Influence Zones, and
  3. UE-Model.
