Leadership (the vision and creativity team).

Leadership is briefly detailed as the second link among the seven links in the Ultimate Enterprise Model (UE-Model). It is the longest link and important in the UE-Model. It is the most discussed topic by professionals all over the world.

When an external force breaks an egg’s shell, life stops; when an internal force breaks the shell, life starts. This is the functional setup of an egg. That is a breakthrough. This is quite similar to The Ultimate Enterprise Philosophy, which holds that a person opens a new chapter in their life or makes a breakthrough when they stay inside their comfort zone (pro-PTR), but chaos ensues when they venture outside of it (contra-PTR). Personal reinvention (PR) is a close connection that brings the other six links to life.

The shell is the personal revolution; the yolk is leadership; albumen is management and strategy; and the contents, which are symbolically vitamins, synergy, SIA, proteins, and water, are R&D.

The Ultimate Enterprise Anatomy Diagram is a functional setup of the seven links forming the Ultimate Enterprise, simulating trinity footage. Enlivening footage for personal reinvention (PR), business footage for leadership, management, and strategy, while empowering footage for synergy, social impact (SIA), and research and development (R&D). The trinity footage creates a functional support for any organization to thrive, in such a way that if one of them malfunctions, that company stumbles, sometimes failing.

Introduction

General Leadership definitions

The key to successful leadership is influence, not authority.”

Kenneth H. Blanchard

John Maxwell: “Leadership is influence—nothing more, nothing less.”

Warren Bennis: “Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.”

Peter Drucker: “The only definition of a leader is someone who has followers.”

Forbes.com 1“Leadership is a process of social influence that maximizes the efforts of others towards the achievement of a goal.”

As seen from the above definitions, definitions are diverse.

Considering Kenneth H. Blanchard quote, we connect harmoniously to the power of PR (Personal Reinvention) discussion about Personal Influence Scanner (PI-Scanner); influence is the key word. It is a useful tool for scanning one’s influencing power to organizations or individuals. Leadership Link makes use of how best to influence organizations to perform to their best impulse—with sustainable innovations.

The Ultimate Enterprise leadership becomes:

Leadership is the ability to empower reasonable people by steering together toward a virtuous cycle.

The Ultimate Enterprise Anatomy

Observing Figure 2: The Ultimate Enterprise Anatomy. It shows the relationship roles among the seven links in a business setup in The Ultimate Enterprise footages.  Showing Enlivening FootageFoundation Footageand Empowering Footage. Enlivening Footage is the Personal Reinvention (PR). Foundation Footage includes LeadershipManagement and Strategy links. Empowering Footage includes SynergySocial Consciousness and Research and Development (R&D) links.

Personal Reinvention enlivens all the remaining six links, whereas R&D is an overall player and empowers all other links in order to achieve success. Provides justification for these two categories as we go through the remaining links. Personal Reinvention (PR) connects the last six links, making them more interesting. Although lacking in detail, this relationship resembles a section of the egg structure in Figure 1. The Shell is the Personal Reinvention; the York is Leadership; Albumen is Management. The latent contents are symbolically taken as vitamins to synergy, SIA to proteins, and water to R&D.

Therefore, from the functional setup of an egg, when a shell is broken from an outside force, the life of an egg ends. When it is broken from inside force, life begins; that is breakthrough. This simulates well to The Ultimate Enterprise Philosophy: when a personal reinvention is broken, chaos (contra-PTR) results. Meanwhile, if it is broken from inside, hatching emerges (pro-PTR) results—the beginning of a new life or a breakthrough achieved.

Leadership Link, as seen in Figure 2, calls for orientation (as a vision) of an organization and issues of measures to exploit maximum output from employees (as motivation, safety, and similar). This integrates its use in motivation, social, and business solutions in high-performing businesses.

High-Performing Business

High-Performing Business is a versatile organization. Such companies are the role models of the organizational world, usually over performing competitors indefinitely. They perform high because of success in delegation, embracing satisfactorily the Personality Tetra Receptor (PTR) and taking advantage of Personality Intelligences, as discussed below.

This definition leads us to categorize the requirements to achieve High-Performing business into the four human gift-controlling relationships. The gifts are Spiritual Intelligence-Si, Emotional Intelligence-Ei, Cognitive Intelligence-Ci, and Moral Intelligence-Mi.

Personal Influence Scanner Elements

Leadership is influence, and the tools for influencing others are: Si, Ei, Ci, and Mi.  They are functional attributes to PI-Scanner, as discussed in Personal Reinvention (PR). Let us discuss how it simulates the existing leadership/management proceedings.

Spiritual Intellectual: Si and Emotional Intelligence: Ei

  1. Spiritual Intelligence–Si (the bio-survival means)

High-Performing Leaders are clear, trustworthy, system-thinkers, and talent-oriented. They promote the best people for a job, make sure performance expectations are clear, and convince associates that their conduct affects the success of the organization. They solve global challenges and clarify performance measures, training people to do their jobs and uniting associates to work well together.  Meanwhile, highlighting readiness for new challenges for innovation and risks. They also make a customer need a top priority.

  1. Emotional Intelligence–Ei (emotional-territorial outlook)

Unlike ordinary leaders that inundate clients with a plethora of models to select from, excellent work leaders view their clients as fulfilling their requirements and desires. Proficient executives aim to surpass their peers in delivering value to clients and anticipating their needs in the long run. Surpasses the expectations of the client. Believes that the most important element in the development of new products and services is user data. Connects with one another well and is motivated to have a positive opinion of the organization as a place to work.

Si and Ei are the briefly described above which gives the orientation of an individual and the public, furthermore, the intensity and consideration are discussed below.

Cognitive Intelligence: Ci and Moral Intelligence: Mi

  1. Cognitive Intelligence–Ci (Confidence)

High-Performing Leaders recognize and design high-performing strategies harmoniously, clearer and well meshed. Values are consistent with their strategies. Associates are well trained (through R&DSynergy and SIA–these are the three Empowering Links). Use their optimal skills, knowledge, and experience to create unique solutions for customers.

  1. Moral Intelligence–Mi (Sound ethics)

High-Performing Leaders take responsibility and show compassion during crises and observe high ethical standards throughout the organization. In delegating, scribing expected consequences vividly from the beginning of their specific assignment.

SiEiCi, and Mi tools are inclusive, powerful and complete in solving human relationships because they operate on the natural habit imprints. With this in mind, let us discuss the four clusters of a business viz. Micro, meso, macro and global levels of leadership. Starting with Micro Leadership.
